Pete Banbury   Pete has enjoyed 22 successful years in fitness and professional sport. From Fitness Instructing to Personal Training, to delivering Sports Massage and Nutrition. He spent fourteen years honing his craft at a former industry leading training provider, progressing from Lecturer to Board Director. Running parallel in his early lecturing years was a four year stint as Sports Masseur to Premiership Rugby champions Leicester Tigers. Setting up HPT5 has allowed Pete and his experienced team to set their sights high – to rewrite the fitness story. This means transforming the learning experience for Fitness Professionals in order to produce the most highly skilled, respected and confident practitioner in the industry.

  Buster White   Buster enjoyed a highly successful rugby playing career of some 13 years with Wasps and London Welsh. Following his retirement from the higher echelons of professional rugby, he has forged a powerful presence in the commercial arena developing extensive knowledge of operational sales, branding, stakeholder management and customer service. As Specialist Advisor on the HPT5 Rugby Masters Programme, Buster leads our business development activities whilst advising and mentoring graduates on the skills required to transition successfully from elite sport to the world of business and fitness in particular.

  Jono Openshaw   Jono has over 15 years expansive and varied experience within the leisure industry, both in the public and private sectors, with many stories of success in developing his teams. He is General Manager at one of Fitness First's Flagship Clubs in Hammersmith, a Loughborough University graduate and ex-international athlete. As a seasoned rugby player Jono has enjoyed successful club roles as Captain, Coach, Chairman and Committee County Representative. These days he can be found refereeing the game or pursuing his other passions of open water swimming and triathlons. Full of character and an all-round happy smiley gentleman, we're thrilled to have Jono as part of the team - he is the stand out industry professional to present on the Rugby Masters Programme, providing his unique perspective on industry practice and future trends.

Thousands of hours of Personal Training and coaching delivery has allowed Scott to fine tune his service delivery with his inimitable passion to help people change their lives. He specialises in rehabilitation (and pre-habilitation) which he has successfully grown into a thriving business alongside both Osteopaths and Physiotherapists. More recently, his curiosity for nutrition has led him to push his learning further with a Level 5 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
