HPT5 Philosophy

The HPT5 philosophy is to bring the two worlds of fitness and commerce together to create a unique learning opportunity, a powerful mechanism for innovation, insight and personal development.

In partnership with Richmond upon Thames College, we have created a centre for excellence for Personal Training, Fitness and Healthcare education on the Twickenham campus.

Our overarching vision is to develop and enhance the technical and commercial skills of the fitness professional - we call them ‘High Performance Trainers’, highly proficient technically and commercially, confident in their ability to communicate the benefits of expertly designed and managed training to a broad audience.

Course Programme Overview 

Exactly! That’s why we designed the HPT5 Specialist Programme, an industry first  to help ambitious Personal Trainers to break the mould, learn and achieve so much more!

The course programme Is uniquely structured to challenge Personal Trainers to discover new frontiers of expertise, capability and aspiration. To set new goals, embed outstanding technical expertise and build groundbreaking businesses in the new world economy. 

Open Evening Event

The Open Evening event will give a first hand insight and understanding of our Course Programme content and outline the benefits the course can make to accelerate learning and performance in fitness and healthcare training.

Technically, the Open Evening will demonstrate the benefits Bodymapping, Biomechanics, Soft Tissue Release and Injury Management can bring to your capacity as a Personal Trainer for making an even bigger client impact.

On a commercial level, you may also want to reach a new audience, to up your game but are unsure what steps you need to take to build a better business which generates sustainable revenue.

We will offer some powerful tools that we employ to stretch thinking and embed commercial creativity. We will discuss a framework for enhancing your client conversion rate and demonstrate the commercial and strategic fundamentals required to build a compelling and robust niche business.
